My personal favourites never change: gildas with Champagne, oysters, fried calamari, croquettes, Russian salad, and any tuna dish on the menu.

Gaia is a high-end Greek-Mediterranean concept by chefs Izu Ani and Evgeny Kuzin, located within Puente Romano.

Mirroring the success of its Dubai and London counterparts, it delivers a refined Greek taverna atmosphere with a cosmopolitan, upscale edge.

I fell in love with this restaurant — even more after attending an intimate private dining experience where Chef Izu presented his gastronomic show.
